He was able to clean my carpet the next day which was surprising because most of the businesses I called couldn't come out for a few days to a week later. He was on time, friendly, professional, and understanding of my needs. The carpets came out looking like the day we moved in (10 years ago). The cost was fair and very reasonable. I have used other carpet cleaning businesses in the past, and they did an okay job but in a few weeks the carpets were actually worse off and now its been a month and they are still perfect! I think it is important to point out that Delta Steam uses cleaners that are PET and eco friendly. No harsh smells and nothing bothered my animals at all. In between, we vacuum regularly and do spot cleaning as needed using a portable carpet cleaning machine. This October we were due for another complete carpet cleaning and, in addition, we wanted to have our dining room chairs professionally cleaned.We've used a couple of Tracy-area carpet cleaning companies in the past. This year, the best price quote we received was from Delta Steam. As it turned out, Delta Steam was not only the most economical carpet cleaner available but the service they performed was, by far, the best we have had.What made it the best? First, we were able to get a cleaning date less than a week after we accepted Delta's quote. But, more importantly, the carpet cleaning was performed quickly and carefully. The guy didn't just rush through the job. He gave special attention to pre-treat problem areas and he methodically and thoroughly completed each area of carpet before moving on to the next. One big difference was that, where other carpet cleaning services have refused to move any furniture, moving furniture was no problem with the Delta Steam guy. He cheerfully helped me to move several heavy sofas around so he could reach as much of the carpet surface as possible.We'll definitely be making Delta Steam Carpet & Upholstery our first call in the future. They have this neat little agitator brush to loosen up all the ground in pet hair and dirt, I was grossed out by all the dog hair that is pulled up (we vacuum everyday). Our carpets are not only cleaner but softer! Our senior dog had marked on the stairs before she passed and they were able to lift out the stains and remove the odor.
